Nationaal Park Oosterschelde

Een Nebula nevel is een interstellaire wolk die beschouwd wordt als de geboorteplaats van sterren. Met de contrastrijke weersomstandigheden, een combinatie van donkere regenwolken en harde middagzon, lijkt het okergele blaaswier zich achter de wolken te openbaren als kosmische objecten. Rumoerig weer maakt onvoorspelbare en interessante foto’s.
De luchtbellen die te zien zijn markeren de watergrens. In het zandstrand onder de dijkrand worden veel gangen gevormd door onder andere zandpieren en krabben. Deze gangen, maar ook de kleine poriën tussen de zandkorrels, worden bij laagtij gevuld met lucht. Wanneer het water opkomt, worden deze gangen en poriën weer gevuld met water, waardoor er luchtbellen te voorschijn komen. Het Nationaal Park Oosterschelde kent nog redelijk wat geluidsarm buitendijks gebied waardoor de getijden ook hoorbaar zijn.
